1.ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of the Province of Ontario, who has reached the age of majority at the time of registration. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on December 22, 2010 (the "Promotion Closing Date"). A Promotion Day (a "Promotion Day") is defined as each day during the Promotional Period starting at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET).4.HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. There are four (4) ways an entrant can earn an entry for this Promotion. All methods of entry provide an entrant with an entry into the Grand Prize Draw. To be eligible for an Instant Win prize an entrant must play the "game" as defined below in Rule 4b. Select "Bake Shop" and find the mystery ballot. A maximum of one (1) Secret Ballot entry per entrant during the Promotional Period.

5.LIMIT OF NUMBER OF ENTRIES: A person may only use one (1) e-mail address and Facebook® profile to participate in the Promotion. Any person who is found to have entered the Promotion with more than one (1) e-mail address or Facebook® profile will be disqualified and all such entries received by such person during the Promotional Period will be disqualified. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc) does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete entries, which will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and none will be returned. 6.PRIZES: There will be a total of fifty (50) prizes (each a "Prize") available to be won. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize Package is $420 CDN. Limit one (1) Grand Prize Package per household address. The approximate retail value of each Prize is that stated by the supplier of the Prize as being in effect thirty (30) days prior to the launch of the Promotion.

Instant Win Prizes: There will be a total of forty-five (45) Instant Win Prizes available to be won. Each Instant Win Prize consists of $100 CDN cash. The prize will be issued in the form of a cheque payable in the winner's name as it appears on his/her entry form. Approximate retail value of each Instant Win Prize is $100 CDN.
Prior to the commencement of the Contest, there will be a total of forty-nine (49) randomly selected Instant Win Prize dates and times. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend on the day and time of your entry. The entrant who visits http://www.shortbreadbliss.ca or http://apps.facebook.com/shortbreadbliss/ and enters at the randomly selected date and time or is the closest entrant after the randomly selected Instant Win Prize date and time will be directed to a webpage which identifies them as the potential Instant Winner.

Each Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable or for resale and has no cash surrender unless specified. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that any Prize or any component of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar Prize or component of equal or greater value without liability.
7.HOW TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE: Potential Instant Win Prize entrants will be sent by mail or courier a form within fifteen (15) days of receiving their eligible winning message. Each potential Instant winner must complete and return the Sponsor's Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability and Publicity Release Form (the "Form") including correctly answering without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. By completing and returning the Form and accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution; acknowledges that the Prize is not transferable, for resale, or convertible to cash; releases the Sponsor, its respective affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Prize; and consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province/territory), and/or photograph, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest unless prohibited by law. I'm not sure but think the hidden ballot is when you move your mouse over the wheeled rack with the cookies on it (on the right of store) one of the cookie sheets pops out to the side. I picked a tin (didn't win instantly), entered a UPC and my ballot count is 3 so must have hit the hidden ballot too. Good luck!

yes, that's the hidden ballot, but I think you should have 4 entries:
1) registration
2) instant win game
3) upc
4) hidden ballot -- be sure to click it until you get the message that you found the hidden ballot... I think it slides out but doesn't give the ballot until you click it again

I had the same problem yesterday, so today I just kept clicking on the tray and finally the ballot caption came up.

I just got off the phone with the nice people running the promotion for Gaylea and figured out what's going on with the hidden ballot:

- the sliding cookie tray is just ONE of several places the hidden ballot can be found on the page... the animation will always run, but the ballot may not be there...
- you don't get the ballot unless you see the pop-up message...
- you can earn the hidden ballot bonus entry only one time during the contest, so once you get the message, you won't get it again...
- if you haven't found the hidden ballot yet, it will always be available each time you log-in until you find it... so just keep clicking, it's there somewhere...

so your ballot count should be:
1 for registering
1 per day for playing the instant win game
1 per day for entering a DIFFERENT upc
1 for finding the hidden ballot

just wondering if anyone has found the hidden ballot anywhere else other than the sliding cookie sheet?

some people I know have been clicking EVERY where on the image for the last couple of days and only one of them has found the ballot -- on the cookie sheet once again!

from looking at the image, there appears to be only 3 places the ballot could be -- the cookie sheet, the big sign on the wall and the bags of flour -- though I think the person I spoke to said there were 8 spots it could be...

I'm beginning to suspect that if the ballot isn't on the cookie sheet the day you play, you won't be able to find it... wonder if logging-in again would cause the ballot to perhaps move to the cookie sheet?

It is on the cookie sheet. I clicked on that sucker over and over again and no way it would come up. dh logged in under his name and he got it..So I logged back in and was able to get the cookie sheet out of the tray a wee bit and clicked behind it..and it worked! Hope it works for everyone!
